PVA Micro Pore Sponge for Coatng Car

Durable and effective for cleaning, Plas Senu Car Washing Sponge is an ideal car washing sponge for use with both water and shampoo; it comes in a thin type that can fit into any shape.
  • Highly hydrophilic, it forms a water thin film between the car body and the sponge, allowing it to slide smoothly over the body surface.
This microporous, soft sponge can wipe off dirt perfectly without damaging your car body.
  • The thin type enables it to fit into deep gaps or any other part to ensure thorough washing.

  • Use water to thoroughly rinse off any dirt or abrasive dust that has adhered to the car body and window glass.
  • For water washing, let the sponge absorb plenty of water.
  • For shampoo washing, let the sponge absorb plenty of water and then add shampoo for lathering.

  • Use this product only for its intended purpose.
  • The isothiazolinone preservative contained in the product may cause allergic contact dermatitis.
Before first use, be sure to rinse the sponge in water well.
  • Dew may form inside the package film, but this will not affect product quality.
  • The sponge hardens upon drying. Before use, dip the sponge in (warm) water to soften it, and wring it out well.
Note that wringing out the sponge in a half-dry state may cause tearing.
  • Before use, rinse off any dirt that has adhered to the car body or other surfaces. For outdoor use, note that sand, hard dust, and other particles in the wind will not adhere to the surfaces.
  • Scraping with too much force may scratch the coated surface.
  • Do not use on a car body at high temperatures, such as when under the hot sun or immediately after driving.
  • Leaving the sponge dirty leads to mold and other problems. After use, rinse it well, wring it dry, and then store it.
  • If the sponge becomes heavily soiled, use soap or neutral detergent to clean it. Do not use bleach because doing so may cause the material to deteriorate.
  • Do not put the sponge in hot water or leave it within the reach of infants or in any place where it may be subject to high temperatures or direct sunlight.
  • For disposal, treat it according to the procedure specified by your municipality.
  • The sponge may deform slightly due to its product characteristics, but this will not affect its quality or function.

FAQs REGARDING OUR CONSUMABLES

Soaking the sponges in water, or if possible lukewarm water, will bring them back to their original softness.

The dealership or retailer selling your Aion products will differ depending on your product use. Please inquire by telephone or via the inquiry page on Aion's website. A sales representative from the relevant business division will get in touch with you.

That depends on how frequently the products are used. If you use a PLAS CHAMOIS product on almost a daily basis, we think it's fine to leave it moistened, but if you aren't going to be using a PLAS CHAMOIS for more than several days, squeeze the water out well, leave the product to dry naturally, and then keep it stored. Keeping a PLAS CHAMOIS product stored moistened can lead to its molding and mildewing.

When moistened in water, our PVA sponge products are soft to the touch and demonstrate advanced moisture-absorbing functionality. For that reason, we offer our PVA sponge products treated with a mold-and-mildew blocker and packaged in the moistened state.
(Though the sponge products become hard when dried, wetting them again will put them back to normal.)

There are no problems with using your washing machine on PLAS CHAMOIS.

Put Sponge-chiefs in a net and there will be no problems with using your washing machine on them.

Use either an oxygen (non-chlorine) bleach or a chlorine bleach on the mold/mildew, ensuring the bleach is at a concentration in line with how bleach should be used, and afterwards rinse out the sponge item with plenty of water. This will not, however, be effective on all mold/mildew stains.

Rub-and-squeeze wash your sponge in water, or rub-and-squeeze wash your sponge using a neutral detergent.

There are no problems with slicing our sponges. Nevertheless, when slicing a sponge, take care not to leave score lines where the sponge could tear apart easily.

We can do that. Apart from the product price, printing costs and impression costs apply. For price, delivery date, and how to purchase when printing is included, please inquire with sales at Aion.

As shown in the illustration, if you press with your thumb on the midportion of the case in its area of contact with the lid, the lid will be easy to take off.

Employing bleach is possible if you ensure the bleach is at a concentration in line with how your bleach should be used. Since bleaching can cause the product to deteriorate, rinse it out well afterwards.

Soak the product fully with moisture under running water, squeeze it out by hand, and repeat five times.

Our products have a "60°C heat-withstanding temperature," but if you use hot water on them, realistically speaking we recommend "around 40°C."
