1. As AION Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "AION") understands the importance of personal information, AION shall familiarize all persons engaged in AION's business with the thought that AION should be socially responsible for the protection of personal information. AION shall comply with laws, regulations and other rules related to personal information, and obtain, use and manage personal information internally handled in a proper manner.
2. This Privacy Policy shall indicate the policy complied with by AION when handling personal information of AION's customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer(s)") or information equivalent thereto during the provision of various services.
3. In this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means the following information on a living individual:
   

   (1)Information that allows identification of a specific individual by the name, date of birth and other descriptions included in such information (including information that allows comparison with other pieces of information and thereby enables identification of a specific individual); or

   (2)Information that includes personal identification codes (meaning, for example, letters to which part of physical characteristics of a specific individual is converted for the purpose of being used on electronic computers and which allow identification of the specific individual, and letters described on cards, which are assigned for the purchase of products sold to individuals and allow identification of a specific purchaser).

4. AION will, when obtaining, holding, using or disclosing personal information of a Customer, try not to prejudice any right or interest of the Customer.
5. AION will strive to prevent personal information obtained from Customers from being revealed, lost, damaged or illegally accessed by taking appropriate security measures.
6. AION will use personal information of Customers for purposes such as the following:
   

   (1) ○ Providing Customers with AION's products or services;
    ○ Providing Customers with information on AION's products or services;
    ○ Carrying out research and development activities for new products or services;
    ○ Improving, developing and carrying out marketing activities for AION's products or services;
    ○ Confirming details of and replying to each opinion or inquiry about AION's products or services; and
    ○ Confirming any fact with Customers or making various requests to Customers.

   (2)AION shall, even if it changes any purpose of use of personal information of Customers, do so only to the extent reasonably found to be relevant to the original purpose of use, and notify Customers of or make public the purpose of use so changed.

   (3)AION may not use personal information of any Customer for any purpose other than the purposes stated in 6.(1) and 6.(2) without the prior consent of the Customer.

7. AION may not collect, use or provide personal information of any Customer, which includes sensitive information such as the race, creed, social status, medical record, criminal record, or the fact of having been a crime victim, of the Customer without his/her prior consent.
8. AION may not provide any third party with personal information of a Customer without the prior consent of the Customer, excluding the case falling under the following:
   

   (i)Where personal information of the Customer is provided under any law or regulation;

   (ii)Where the provision of personal information is necessary to protect the life, body or property of any person, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the Customer;

   (iii)Where the provision of personal information is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound upbringing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the Customer; or

   (iv)Where it is necessary to cooperate with any national authority, local government or person entrusted by the foregoing in performing affairs provided for in any law or regulation, and obtaining the consent of the Customer is likely to hinder the performance of such affairs.

9. AION will educate and supervise AION's employees in a necessary and appropriate manner for the security and management of personal information. AION will, when entrusting a third party with the handling of personal information, supervise the third party so entrusted in a necessary and appropriate manner for the security and management of personal information entrusted with.
10. AION will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations, as well as review and improve measures for the security and management of personal information and this Privacy Policy from time to time.
